Farmaround was the first organic vegetable box scheme. Founded in 1994 by Isobel Davies, an environmental and animal rights campaigner. If you live in the greater London area we have forty free Farmaround vegetable bags to give away which also come with a box of Hen Nation eggs.

Hen Nation is unique because their free range chickens live out their natural lives. Most commercial egg-laying hens are killed at around 72 weeks, but when Hen Nation Hens stop laying they live out a happy retirement roaming a ten acre hay meadow with their friends.

Please note this offer is only available if you live in the Greater London Area

Farmaround was the first ever organic box scheme. Founded in 1994 by Isobel Davies, an environmental and animal rights campaigner. It is a vegetarian company supplying weekly deliveries of assorted selections of organic fruit and vegetables which vary each week according to season as well as ‘Pick Your Own’ bespoke bags and their own Hen Nation eggs. One box of eggs a week saves the life of one hen and ensures its retirement*. From its base in New Covent Garden Market, it does home deliveries across London and Greater London. Selections start at £6.99 for a mini fruit bag and there is a £1.80 delivery charge per order. *most commercial egg-laying hens are killed at around 72 weeks including organic and free range
